Welcome to Thandar's Garden. By placing an order with us you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.

Our Products
All pieces sold at Thandar's Garden are handcrafted in small batches. Minor variations in texture, colour, and finish are natural characteristics of handmade work and not considered defects. Product images are as accurate as possible but slight variations may occur.

Orders & Payment

  • We sell ready stock only. All items listed are available at the time of listing
  • Orders are confirmed only upon successful payment
  • We reserve the right to cancel orders in exceptional circumstances, with a full refund issued promptly
  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Orders already confirmed will not be affected by price changes

Shipping

  • We ship pan-India
  • All orders are shipped with tracking. Tracking details will be shared once your order is dispatched
  • Thandar's Garden takes responsibility for packages lost in transit. In the event your package is confirmed lost by the courier, please contact us within 10 days of the expected delivery date with your order details and tracking number. We will arrange a replacement of the same item or a refund of the product value if a replacement is not possible. 
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable
  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on your location and courier conditions

Intellectual Property
All designs sold by Thandar's Garden are original and owned by Thandar's Garden. Designs, images, and content may not be copied, reproduced, resold, or used for any commercial purpose without explicit written permission from Thandar's Garden. Unauthorised reproduction of our designs is a violation of intellectual property rights.

Individual Customers
Products purchased are for personal use only. Resale of Thandar's Garden products at marked-up prices without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.

Business & Resellers
We welcome enquiries from businesses and resellers interested in stocking Thandar's Garden products. Reselling is permitted only under a formal agreement with Thandar's Garden. Please contact us directly to discuss wholesale or reseller terms.

Custom Orders
We are not currently accepting custom or made-to-order requests.
