Shipping policy

At Thandar's Garden every order is packed with care before it leaves our studio.

Processing Time
Orders are processed and dispatched within 2-5 business days of order confirmation. You will receive your tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Charges
We offer free shipping on all orders above Rs 799. A flat shipping fee of Rs 100 applies to orders below Rs 799.

Delivery Time
Estimated delivery is 5-10 business days from the date of dispatch. Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location and courier conditions. Please note these are estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates.

Tracking
All orders are shipped with tracking. Your tracking number will be shared with you once your order is dispatched. Please allow 24 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.

Payment
We accept prepaid orders only. Cash on delivery is not available.

Lost Packages
In the rare event your package is confirmed lost in transit please refer to our Returns & Refund Policy or contact us directly. We've got you covered.
